Small room but quaint and charming. Very clean, good bed, good shower and quiet (off the highway). Nice folks running it. Good dinner at the Millwood and good breakfast at the Absolute Bakery. See Mesa Verde if you have time! Very cool.
When we arrived late at night we were greeted with a sign on the door that said they would not accept guests after midnight and if we arrived before midnight to call the number listed. Of course, none of this was mentioned when we booked the room. However, we were there at 11:30 pm so we called the number listed, but nobody answered. We could hear the phone ringing in the office and going straight to voicemail. We tride calling multiple times and waited till midnight to call Hotels.com. We ended up having to drive another hour to get into a different hotel. We still haven't been reimbursed for this reservation either. Basically, don't waste your time booking this hotel.
Looked quaint from outside; cabin-like. Inside was gross. Outdated, smelled of cigarettes and musty. Mouse feces on the air conditioner that did not work effectively. Stayed for 10 minutes, and left.
