Disappointed of customer service.

On the first night of stay, the fire alarm went off around 12:30AM. It took about an hour for the rescue team to bang on our doors to get out. The hotel had no communications of letting us know to get out. Needless to say I got no sleep that night. It was about 3AM until we were able to get back to our rooms. No apologies or explanations of what happened. Much less a comp for the night of stay.

Located in a cluster of other hotels. This one is set far back from a somewhat busy road. It has abundant parking and little street noise. The room (or rather suite) was spacious, and comfortable for relaxing on a sofa and easy chairs. Everything worked, although the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine. Breakfast was fine with the attendant friendly and attentive. Location was convenient with many food choices nearby. Definitely recommend.

Parking lot is very very dark. Non guests wandering the parking lot. Property is older, front desk staff were all excellent & efficient. Breakfast was decent and dining room very clean. Good value, parking lot a little sketch.

Location, service, quiet, convenient and family safe environment. Service and staff are great. Property condition poor. Staff tried make our stay so pleasant. A/C is noisy and room is warm even at 27F temperature. Shower water is very slow and same is the case with sink water flow. Bed and mattress bad and making noise when move from inside to other. Elevator is terribly slow. Overall property is bad but service and staff are awesome and high makes out stay fine
