We stayed for an athletic event and the woman that checked us in was especially helpful. We noted that we were leaving very early and needed ice and she prepared a package and delivered it to us for the freezer in the room.

It was a nice quiet place to stay. Ice machine did not work but they helped us at the front desk. Furnishings are a bit dated but fine.
