This is our 2nd year at this property. We were in town for the Gaither Family Fest at Gatlinburg Convention Center. Quiet and not too far from Interstate. Easy access to the Smokie mountain national park which we enjoyed so very much.
This little studio was a great place to stay, especially with my dog! A really nice fenced in area for her to run in was a bonus. Lots of interesting activities in the area. Sometimes a bit loud due to being located on a state road but not overly annoying.
I came here for my bachelor trip and it was amazing. The place was kept very clean and they provided a lot for us. The property manager also checked in multiple times to make sure everything was good!
My family and I truly enjoyed coming back to this peaceful property. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and I enjoyed the location. Iâd definitely stay here again.
Family of 4 stayed and it had plenty of room for us to relax at night. Clean, comfy, and everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Easy to get to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Asheville. We didn't spend time during the day at the romm so it was perfect for a place to rest up at. We'd definitely will consider staying again in the future.
Nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable and all the furniture and appliances seemed to be in great shape or new! Although we only stayed one night, we appreciated the well stocked items and amount of bath towels that were provided! We enjoyed sitting out on the back covered patio listening to the rain and watching the birds. Convenient to a lot of things and only took us 15 minutes to get to Gatlinburg and the Roaring Forks motor trail. Itâs also right across the street from a gas station and Subway which has reasonable prices. This is a great set up and we had plenty of room for our family of four! Host was easy to communicate with and we would stay here again if we ever come back to the area.
