I enjoyed my stay. Room was not cleaned properly. There were cigarette holes in the bedsheets, the coffee pot had leftover coffee in it, toilet did not look clean, floors were still dirty (I walked without socks and feet were dirty after), the room smelled of cigarettes, bath tub only had half a bath mat, fridge wasn’t plugged in … it was not the best stay but for the price and location it was okay. I’m sure I could have had them fix everything but I was too tired to complain. Just some things to be weary of if you plan to stay. The pool and hot tub are awesome and there are rarely people there so it is an awesome place for a quick getaway.

To start off room key we were given did not work. We had our kids out in the cold and my husband had to go and let them know they declined talking to him and asked for me specifically and needed my ID. Ok.. went had my ID ready there was a line. He called me over game me my room key back (did not ID me) k I run back still not working!! Went back got another room key to another room.. walked in it smelled TERRIBLE. Moldy,misty, I don’t even know how to describe the smell! We wanted to leave but they do NO REFUNDS. Floor dirty, opened fridge there was towels in there and smelled disgusting! The bed side lights did not work nor the wall plugs to charge phone. Found a bug on floor!! Next day they cleaned the room and fixed the light and gave us a plug outlet that sits on night stand. Smell never changed!! We didn’t even care to look inside the fridge again. We had windows open all night which helped with the smell but its a sketchy hotel definitely didn’t feel safe sleeping like that, especially with 2 girls. During the day we closed window obviously to prevent anyone getting in. But when you return room will stink!! Don’t recommend this hotel at all!!

Well at first i was in the standard double room and it wasnt that bad. When i booked the room i booked the single standard room And it gave me the double room which is more than enough room and it also has cockaroaches in there which i didnt appreciate. Secondly i booked another stay in a standard single room and everything was perfect just as planned. No bugs or anything was wrong

I couldn’t stay there. They didn’t accept pets after I prepaid drove all night. Had to work in the morning arrived at midnight to a disappointing sign on the office window at the property, saying no pets after the filter that I always put when I’m looking for hotel on Hotels.com is animal, friendly pet friendly Wi-Fi and parking. I want my money back. I need a refund. I never stayed there. I got screwed again.
