This charming country cottage, featuring its own private pool, is situated in Costitx, a romantic and rustic region nestled in the heart of Mallorca, comfortably hosting six individuals.
The exteriors of this terraced house feature a 7m x3m salt water pool with a depth ranging from 0.9m to 1.55m, surrounded by a garden with six sun loungers, where you can spend lazy afternoons. There's a furnished porch, ideal for a BBQ with friends. On the plot there's a chicken coop and you can use the eggs for cooking. The owner comes every day to feed the animals, so you won't worry about anything!
A cosy sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV is nice to have family-dinners. There's a Majorca Style kitchen with gas hob and everything else you may need to cook up a feast. A laundry with washer, iron and ironing board can be find on the terrace. There's a shower bathroom and a bedroom with two twin beds and A/C on the ground floor. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms with two single beds each and a shower bathroom. All bedrooms come with A/C and we can supply a cot and a high chair.
Located near Costitx, a rural and very romantic area in the centre of Mallorca, this cottage is near Sineu, where you can visit the Wednesday-Market, at the same time the most traditional of the island. In the centre of Costitx you'll find a grocery shop, cafés and good restaurants serving typical food, called cellers. If you're into golf, a short drive takes you to the golf Son Gual and Puntiró. If the beach is what you're searching for, both the north and the south coast are about thirty minutes' driving by car. The north coast is characterized by quiet sand beaches like Son Serra de Marina and Playa de Muro and beaches with all important amenities, like Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia. The lively sand beaches Can Pastilla and S'Arenal are in the south and have a rich nightlife.
