等了三小時才有房間

酒店很美，房間設計亦很美。員工都很有禮，樂意主動幫忙。但當天我跟我老媽去到是下午3:40，check-in花了半小時，說要多等两小時才我訂的大床房。結果我們到6時回去還沒有房間，後來職員說有一間可以，但距離電梯比較遠。其實我在入住前幾天已向酒店發信息我會跟86歲老媽入住，並要求一間比較近電梯的房間，可是到check-in那天都一直沒有收到酒店回覆。本身下午3時check-in，要客人多等3小時才有房間也不太合理吧。

值得再次入住的酒店

一家很方便的酒店，從香港坐巴士過來，就正正停在酒店門口，很方便。 臨時告知想預備一個小小生日蛋糕，都能夠為我們安排，讓九十多歲的老爸感到驚喜，十分體貼之服務。 接待員、升降機員，以及在酒店門口協助我們登上穿梭巴士的員工都彬彬有禮，處處為坐輪椅的爸爸著想，實在值得一讚。 至於房間，整理及乾淨，唯獨有部分硬件設施要注意： 1. 浴室沒有合適的插頭使用酒店提供的風筒。牆壁上的插座是兩腳頭，而提供使用的風筒則是三腳插頭，迫不得已只可以在電視旁使用，不過就吵醒了家人。 2. （個人感受）枕頭太軟，所以睡得不太好。 縱觀整個體驗，我是正面的，若是再來澳門，我會考慮再次光顧。

超級好的入住體驗

我很少選寫入住評語的，但今次入住「倫敦人名匯豪華精選」酒店，不得不寫了！ 1）首先步入酒店，見到有6個check-in counter為客人辦理check-in手續，所以辦理入住手續很快 2） 在check-in counter辦理手續，職員Jovi非常有禮及熱情地向我講解酒店的資料，令人感覺很親切及很舒服！而禮賓部亦為我今次入住upgrade 了套房！禮賓站Irene還出迎並引領我和太太前往房間，很細心及貼心介紹房間內的每個細節，並免費使用mini bar, 加上房間的佈置及精美小蛋糕，以及Irene主動為我延遲退房，這些窩心的超級服務之前未曾遇過的！ 3） 酒店所有設施都很新、很高尚，房間非常清潔，俾人有一種高了幾級的感覺，尤其健身室！ 而我遇到過的職員都非常有善及很熱情有禮的。 4）所以一間酒店能被推崇，不只是某一部門或某一賣點給引客人，而是齊個酒店團隊的充分合作才能做就今日這間咁出色的酒店！ 下次我來澳門一定會再次入呢間酒店的！
