Je suis un habitué des lieux car j'y suis venu 7 fois sur ces 3 dernières années et je m'étonnes toujours que l'établissement n'aient pas un fichier des bons clients habitués.. pour ma 7ème éditions j'ai eu la plus mauvaise chambre en terme de situations.. Chambre C106. Une jolie vue sur un mur en pierre avec le parc enfant droit devant avec un magnifique vis-à-vis. Pas de bol pour cette fois là. Sinon ok tjs amoureux de cet endroit.

Joli hôtel, excellente cuisine, mais personnel parfois un peu lent à la détente et pas assez prévenant à mon pour un 5 étoiles! La chambre et ses équipements étaient tout à fait bons, mais pas à la hauteur pour 500 francs suisses par nuit.

Hotel parfait pour un séjour de ski

Pros: Le calme, la literie, la vue, le service.
Excellent accueil: à peine arrivé, nos affaires de ski ont été transportées dans le ski room. Chaque personne dispose de son propre casier où ranger ses skis et ses chaussures. Les casiers sont équipés de buses chauffantes pour les chaussures et les gants, ainsi que d'un espace pour les casques: parfait. En plus le responsable est aux petits soins. Il tient également une boutique où l'on trouve tout ce que l'on aurait pu oublier (ou perdu/cassé). La navette vous emmène en 5 minutes au départ des télécabines. Le Spa est moderne et très bien équipé: Vaste sauna avec vue sur la terrasse, bain turc, plusieurs douches et piscine avec chaises de repos. Espace fitness et cabines de massage. Cependant le personnel devrait être beaucoup plus ferme avec les parents d'enfants qui sautent et crient dans la piscine: c'est un endroit de repos et de détente, pas une garderie d'enfants. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant, Courmayeur disposant à 7 minutes à pied d'un très grand choix de restaurants. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bien servi avec tout ce qu'il faut: jus de fruits frais, oeufs, jambon, charcuterie, saumon, céréales, fruits frais, yaourts et choix de pâtisseries. Excellent Capuccino servi avec le sourire. Seul point à améliorer: une plus grande variété de pains serait bienvenue.
