The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² living room with sofa bed (double with new 2022 mattress) and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including: electric kettle, hob, Malongo pod coffee maker, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC.
- A laundry room (shared with the owners) in an adjoining room will allow you to put down your luggage or skis to make the most of the studio's total surface area. You will also find a folding table and garden chairs that you can use in the garden.
Outside:
- A private garden of around 110 m² where you can enjoy the fine weather and an uninterrupted view over the countryside. It is located 10 metres from the accommodation, is accessible by a few steps, is secured by a locked gate and may be suitable for your bicycles.
The flat is ideally located in Coursegoules, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, just a few steps from the main square. There are all the essential shops nearby, as well as two restaurants and a crêperie, including the "l'atelier gourmand" restaurant, which also serves takeaway pizzas.

- Sightseeing: Visit the historic village, Vence with its museums and restaurants less than half an hour away, and the coast about 1 hour away by car...
- Sporting activities: hiking and mountain walks, two ranches for horse riding at the top of the Col de Vence, 10 minutes away by car, horse-drawn carriage rides...
