The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Upon walking into the facility it was warm and welcoming however as we traveled to our room you tell how aged the property was. There was a slightly musty smell in our room, it was very dusty, especially around the baseboards. The conditioner in the shower was empty and the water was barely hot enough for a good shower. I am a Hilton rewards member and choose Hilton properties for their high standards for excellence but this facility is in need of some upkeep and attention to detail.
