Great service and the food was amazing. The coffee shop every morning was one of our favorite parts of the day! Service was exceptional. I am drawing a blank on her name now, maybe Jennifer but she was wonderful and could remember our order of 7 drinks every day! We will be back. The kids loved being able to snorkel right there!

This hotel is the absolute best. We have stayed here ten times and will be back in February and November 2026. The staff is what makes this hotel so special. Yes, everything is clean, food is great, location is to die for - but the staff treats you like family and they make us want to come back over and over again!

Breakfast was really good, food after that is subpar, food quality has suffered. And the Micheal Jackson show is no more, which was a great highlight, sad to see it go. Service was great as always, the staff did their best with what they had.

We like smaller resorts. There is no beach, but you can go swimming off the dock which we did every day. We snorkeled off the dock and saw quite a few fish. The pool is well kept with plenty of loungers. The food was decent and the staff is incredible. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay was amazing! I wanted to mention a few staff members that stood out and helped make this trip even more memorable. Julio who sat us down our first day and got us set up with any information we needed during that time. Naomi and Jairo who walk around the pool area to make sure guests are okay and seeing if anything is needed. Fernando and Charlie from the entertainment staff who lead activities including our favorite, water volleyball. Alexander the waiter was very attentive and personable. Martha the hostess at Flamingo’s always had a smile on her face and made us feel so welcomed. And lastly, Miguel and Harry who served coffee and cleaned up during breakfast. I want to acknowledge all of their hard work and thank them for helping make our trip even more special. Food was great, accommodation was great. 10 out of 10 and will definitely be back in the future.

This was our 7th stay here. 2 years ago we kinda thought it was getting outdated but we were delighted with this stay to see everything prefect and fully remodeled! Even better than before! Very clean and very nice again! Best resort in Cozumel and we’ve seen them all! Only 1 negative is the staff trying to sell you packages and time share stuff. Very annoying as they try to hit you up everyday so just walk away from them fast or they will try to steal your vacation time with many words. The hotel has a great area to snorkel right off the deck and the water is perfect! If you need a sandy beach you can catch a quick can ride down but the water snorkel area at this resort is the best! Staff provided sweet anniversary and birthday surprise! There is a nice gym inside, a little gift shop with all your little needs, plenty of food options that are all good, full size lotion, shampoo and conditioner, nice robes and house shoes you name it it’s there!

The balcony views are beautiful. Our room overlooked the dock area and was very quiet. My only concern about the entire property was the tile. The wet tile was very slick, and 100% of the indoor and outdoor floor was tile. Be careful.

Resort very clean. Staff very polite and helpful. All amenities are CHI. They even have a CHI straightener to use. Only thing I wish they had was ceiling fans. We walked across the street to Chadrauri. Not sure I spelled that correctly, but they had everything we needed.

I came for Iron 70.3 in September, didn’t make a lot of pre-research on the hotel but it’s absolute one of the best Customer Service and Staff I’ve ever experienced in my life. We traveled to Mexico about three times a year and this was one of the number one vacations. We’ve had there the staff was absolutely incredible. I’m going back for sure next year to race again and I signed up for the rewards program
