Cozy and quiet family oriented Lakefront A-Frame Lakehouse on Lac La Nonne with spectacular views of its wildlife. Beautiful large deep lake to enjoy boating, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, ice fishing with dock and boat lift to accommodate your own boat. Hugh oversized wrap-around deck with plenty of sun or lower shaded deck giving you all the outdoor options with a gas BBQ, gas firepit on upper deck, dining and seating area. Jaw dropping beams enhancing the interior feel complete with an upper loft for quiet reading and relaxing. Full kitchen complete with full size appliances (gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge as well as a beverage fridge). Truly a must visit property, ready to put your feet up and relax.

Please note that boat is not available for rental from owner. However there is a boat rental business - JetStrike Rentals in Morinville (1-855-440-0033) which is approximately 30 minutes from Lakehouse. If you have your own boat, we will rent you our boat lift and dock assuming your boat will fit our boat lift. We will ask you to sign a dock use waiver assuming responsibility of the dock as well as we charge a nominal fee of $150.00 to cover the time and cost of moving our boat in and out.

Quiet time 10:00 pm - Strictly enforced due to close proximity to neighbours. All vehicles (overnight/day visitors) must be on property driveway.
Dock Waiver is attached which must be signed prior to check-in. Timely notice of using the dock is appreciated so we can move our boat.
Due to sewage limitations, additional guests (day time or overnight) must be approved by owner and MAY be subject to additional fees.
