Another wonderful visit!

We have stayed here many times and just love this place! Creede is such a beautiful, fun town and we had a blast celebrating Oktoberfest. We enjoyed some great hikes too. The house is such a cozy, gorgeous place and the people renting it are so friendly and accommodating.

Spectacular!

Breath taking view, we didn’t want to leave! The house is very clean & roomy. Things to have made the stay better & more comfortable are new Non Stick pans to cook in & softer mattresses. My 82 yr old mom was unable to go up the stairs & the only downstairs bedroom had a futon with a hard foam mattress on it & the couch mattress was like laying directly on the springs so we made a pallet on the folded up couch each night for my mom to sleep on & moved the couch towards a plug to plug my moms breathing machine in each night. Other than that the stay was wonderful and would highly recommend it!

Great Location on Rio Grande River

The Rio Grande house met all our needs! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and spices for cooking. We cooked every meal even though there was not a dishwasher (not a problem). The trek down to the river is a little steep but well worth it. We caught a few rainbow trout which was a highlight of the trip. The view of the mountains from this house is spectacular. Communication from rental agency was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

Best Cabin View in Creede!!

My family and I have been coming to Creede for 12 years now and this cabin surpasses all the others. It has the most beautiful view! We had to get ourselves to venture out and do our traditional outings but we really wanted to just sit on the back porch and enjoy the sound of the river and take in all it's beauty around us! It has everything you need and it is so cozy, quaint, and a lovely cabin! Easy to book, friendly service, and you won't be disapponted. Would definitely stay here again! :) Thank you for making another year in Creede such a blessing for our family!!

Beautiful Views

Everything was perfect
.cabin was as described and very clean. It’s location is very quiet so all you hear is the Rio Grande River running behind it. Some of the furniture is a little worn but not a big issue to me. I would go back there in a heartbeat.

What a beautiful, private location. Close enough to Creede to swing in for dinner. Access to the river for fishing, wood stove to snuggle up by inside when it’s chilly. Thoroughly enjoyed these accommodations and responsive hosts!

Always a wonderful stay!

We have stayed at this rental many times. It is one of our favorites for the beautiful views and lovely home. It is always very clean and has pretty much everything you need. the only issues I would bring up is that the beds could use a little upgrading. the 3rd bedroom has a rock hard little pull out and really no memory foam or something you could put on the bed to make it more comfortable. There are some pretty old blankets we use to lay on it, but they are threadbare. Also could use some new frying pans, as the black non stick surface is peeling off badly and gets into the food you are cooking. but aside from a few upgrades needed, it is otherwise a beautiful place and we love it!

Awesome weekend get away!

Great property with awesome views. We enjoyed watching a bull moose from the deck during the first day of our stay. The property was secluded and cozy. Candice from Broken Arrow Management was helpful and took great care of us. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking on the grill outside.

Cozy near Creede

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. It is so well appointed and cozy, the perfect base camp for one of the most incredible areas in Colorado. My wife, 21 year old son and 3 year old Newfoundland we’re blown away. The views from the living and dining area, which you can’t see from the pictures are beautiful. It’s much more isolated in the neighborhood than anticipated, which we loved. Can’t say enough about it
 clear blue sky’s for three days (rare I’ll admit), and you will never see as many stars at night. Candice with Broken Arrow Property Management was a dream to work with. In all my VRBO experience, I have never dealt with a more communicative manager, and all my queries were answered in what seemed like minutes. The area is spectacular and it remains our favorite. I will return to the house and if it’s not available I’ll look for other offerings from Broken Arrow. I’ve been in property management for 30 or so years and think of myself as professionally critical. Thanks for hitting it out of the park and helping to create wonderful memories.

Rio Grande Grand

Wonderful stay. I would agree with previous renter that the couch needs to be replaced. We were informed by manager that the stove was not working, and she offered to move us to another property. We declined and were glad we did. The view is as advertised. Well stocked kitchen. Just an overall great trip.

Views are great as promised- I question the sleeps 6 - upstairs bathroom is accessed thru one of the bedrooms-downstairs bedroom only has 3/4 bed -a fold down foam couch. Beds hard- pillows had feathers coming out of ticking. Couch (sleeper) worn out-I guess 25+ years old - oven did not work -microwave size of child’s bake oven. Downstairs bath is a large tub only- no shower - Renter beware

The views were spectacular, very spectacular, and enjoyed the art work, very glad to discover dish TV for the US soccer games and WiFi, not everyone was trilled to do the dishes , but no biggie, and could use a update on upstairs bathroom shower curtain . Wonderful time at Rio Grande overlook

The Rio Grande Overlook was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The views from all the large windows were breathtaking! The cabin was very well stocked very clean. We locked the keys in the cabin one night and when we called, the lady was eating dinner out and immediately met us at the office to give us extra keys and was so kind and accommodating. I will rent this cabin again when we return next year!

That View!

The house was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed playing cards on the dining room table. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. But that deck and view is where it's at! We spent so much time outside just enjoying the view and listening to the river. We walked down to the river and fished. We filled the hummingbird feeder and watched as they came to eat. The house offers complete relaxation!

Great Location!!

This house was in the best possible location. It's right on the Rio Grande for the fishing enthusiast and close to many trails, lakes, and town. The kitchen was amply stocked with cookware and utensils, the furnishings made everyone feel at home, and the porch was my favorite part. My dog also loved the place, playing in the yard and swimming in the river before sunbathing on the porch. This is a great place to stay.
