Cette maison de vacances propose un parc aquatique.
Totally amazing place very beautiful home very comfortable. You have everything you need. Definitely want to stay here again if itâs still available thanks a lot.
Property was great. It was exactly as described in the listing. Had a great time there with incredible views. I would definately stay there again. Thanks.
If you want a getaway to the Rocky Mountains, this is a great location. Beautiful scenery, very quiet and secluded, and also has great outdoor seating so you can spend as much time outside as you want. Very little light at night so it is also great for stargazing.
Downtown Crestone also has some cool shops, cafes, and 2 grocery stores. It is a little bit of a drive if you wanted to go to other towns, or the Sand Dunes because all the roads go around the national park, but the drive is worth it for the location.
The manager was very nice and responded quick to any questions we asked. Property was very well kept, and it seems too they continue to refurbish and improve the house. Highly recommend this listing!
My husband & I had a wonderful, relaxing week in this lovely home. A patio and/or balcony on every side of the house allowed for beautiful views at any time of the day or night.
Beautiful property inside and out. Very clean and orderly. Loved the decor! Enjoyed the privacy and the peace & quiet as well as the lovely sunrises and sunsets. Very roomy and comfortable. Highly recommend!
This is house is my favorite place in all of Crestone. I come here to enjoy the solitude, the views, the animal visitors....Michelle is a gracious and responsive host, the house is perfect, and I always have a hard time leaving.
The pictures donât capture how nice the place is! With multiple first and second floor decks you have beautiful vista views throughout the day. House was clean and well stocked with essentials and Michelle, the owner, was very helpful with things. After I left when to Aspen for the night and wished I hadnât left the Crestone house with its Million dollar views . Would definitely stay there again!
My husband and I married each other in this glorious home 11 years ago! We come back annually to celebrate our anniversary. Michelle is the kindest and most attentive host in the world. The interior design of the home is soothing and stunning. This year we especially appreciated the new kitchen appliances as well as the new decking, luxurious counter stools and the enhanced outdoor area. It shows the care that is put into this heart-warming home. Our favorite spot in the home are the upstairs balconies. We enjoy the breath-taking sunsets from one of them and lie out and watch the stars from the other. If you want a truly relaxing and nourishing getaway this is your spot. The kitchen is amazing to cook in with a great gas stove and all the appliances and cookware you could ever need. You are caressed by the glorious Sangre De Cristo Mountains. You are so close to them that you feel like you can reach out and touch them! We are always sad to leave and take comfort in knowing we will be back the next year!
This house was perfect for a girls weekend away; plenty of space, with several bedrooms and sitting areas. Stunning views from the multiple decks/patios on the property. Very nicely appointed kitchen and everything was super clean!
We loved our stay! The house has a great layout with lots of outdoor seating options which we took full advantage watching the incredible sunset/sunrise, and the stars! And the steam shower - fantastic! This is such a lovely area and really enjoyed exploring Crestone and the surrounding areas.
This was our 2nd stay and we will be back again. Michelle does a really nice job of maintaining what is already a beautiful clean and comfortable rental. Highly recommend!
A great, quiet and beautiful place for our family for a long weekend
This place is lovely! Wonderfully laid out for myself and husband and 2 young adult children. We spent needed time just gazing at the horizon to the east one evening from the upper porch, sitting outside the main floor reading and talking in the quiet and peacefulness of this setting. The kitchen was frankly better than the one we have at home, stocked with all that we needed to make meals. It is a ways from restaurants and grocery stores, and we enjoyed cooking there knowing this. The living room was comfortable and spacious for lounging. The bedrooms are well appointed, extra clean and neat and we felt very comfortable. We went one day to the Sand Dunes, an hour away and enjoyed the long vistas on the the drive there and back just as much as the Dunes! The host, Michelle, was very communicative, helpful and responsive.
We have no reservations going back. One of the best VRBO's we've ever been in!
This property looked so perfect online that I paid for the extra insurance in case I accidentally broke something. I would stay here again but would want to know certain things were correct. 1. There is a mouse problem with mouse droppings all over the kitchen counter and my bedspread; this is not unusual for rural properties in the fall. 2. At least half of the pots and pans were quite dirty; we washed them all. 3. The dishwasher is not secure so that when you open the door the racks come flying out; not a big deal but be careful. 4. The decks have beautiful views but the decking is disintegrating; I think this is supposed to be repaired in the fall of 2022. 5. Perhaps the thing we disliked the most were the blinds that would not stay up in the living room. The view out the windows was important to us. 6. This may not seem like a big deal but we stayed for a week and cooked all meals at home; the cooking knives were impossibly dull and there was no knife sharpener. The location and views were amazing, the upstairs master bedroom and bath were beautiful, the downstairs queen bedroom was pretty cramped. The kitchen was nicely laid out. This property needs a mid-season tune up and the housekeeper needs to check the pots and pans and the icemaker. I come to Crestone for a week every year around August or September and this is would be a very very nice house if these issues are delt with.
My husband and I married each other in this stunning home 10 years ago. We love coming back every year. If you love watching the sun set, this is the house for you! The upstairs balcony is our favorite place in the house. We also love the kitchen! Great gas stove and all sorts of wonderful pots and pans. Stunning art work on all the walls and yes we got lost in the Maya Angelou and Rumi poetry as we connected with the books on the coffee table. The peace and beauty of Crestone is incomparable to any place we have ever been and this glorious home is the place to stay in town!
I keep coming back here to stay because the house feels great and it has the most expansive views of the valley and mountains. I highly recommend anyone visiting Crestone to stay here. Adam
My family of 4 stayed here for 3 days while visiting the Geeat sand dunes area. The house was beautiful! Really well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and extremely clean.
Communication with owner was very easy. Road construction made the drive to Great Sand Dunes longer than it normally (1.5 hours) would be, but weâd still rather stay here. The house was about 30 minutes from Sand Dunes recreation pool - we went there multiple times, it was great!
Quiet area. Loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the views. Would definitely stay here again.
What a beautiful home in a private, tranquil area. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. Michelle was very responsive and attentive. The house was quite warm in the evening/night (July) since there is no air conditioning, however, there are fans in the bedrooms. We are hoping to return again soon and would highly recommend!
