Family friendly and welcoming hotel with cosy hotel bar. Children welcome in the bar too. Loved the close proximity to the Hydro and felt like a welcome change to be able to stay outwith the hotel but have access to all amenities.

Disappointed

Pros: Good bed; Saturday night bartender was very pleasant.
Cons: see experience
Starting to look a bit tired, flaking paint, grubby in places. Shower etc could do with a good clean. When we asked for a sandwich from the lunch menu, we were told it would be at least an hour because chef was busy. Suggested they simply provide the ingredients, we could assemble, not an option.
