You will enjoy an 83 m² single-story, non-smoking rental unit with direct access to the pool and the pétanque court.
The enclosed 1,600 m² plot is landscaped with olive trees, lavender, oleander, jasmine, a small vineyard, rosemary, cypress, and holm oaks.
The property is secured by a remote-controlled gate.
The saltwater pool (8 x 4 m) has a constant depth of 1.50 m and is bordered by an exotic wood deck; safety features include a compliant electric pool cover and an alarm.
Children remain the responsibility of their parents.
