Penty fully renovated with taste located in a quiet hamlet in the middle of nature. Walks directly from the house. Beaches and center of Crozon nearby (about 2 km).
Large outdoor area, with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
Rental with sheets, towels and tea towels. I also provide all cleaning products (floor product, foam pusher, sponges) except for the washing machine and dishwasher product and soap.

Security deposit requested on arrival worth 500 € and returned on the day of the inventory of fixtures.

Points positifs : logement indépendant, très au calme, bucolique, stationnement facile, équipements de la cuisine du salon et de la salle de bain satisfaisants, table chaises et transats extérieurs très biens, Points à corriger : chaises cuisines très abimées, lit peu confortable, par moment forte odeur de fosse septique

Vacances au vert...

Très bien situé pour sillonner la presqu’île de Crozon sans jamais avoir trop de kilomètres à faire pour visiter le patrimoine, se balader, se baigner ou se ravitailler. Une tranquillité totale en rentrant le soir, dans ce Penty restauré et installé sans vis à vis en pleine nature, ou l’on peut étendre son linge à l’extérieur au pied des pommiers.... Idéal, si on apprécie ce contexte bucolique....

Si vous souhaitez le calme et la tranquillité proche de Crozon, c'est l'idéal. Gîte au centre de la presqu’île, parfait pour la visiter. Randonnée VTT au départ du gîte possible. Gîte bien équipé.
