We didn't stay long enough to really check everything out. We only stayed for the day to rest. The room was very spacious, nice size bathroom and the bed was very comfortable.

Staff was great. Had to change rooms, first room provided had mold all over the ceiling. Pool was nice, breakfast was good. Second room provided had no seen issues. But the mold in first room had me worried.

The swimming pool is supposed to be heated, but it’s not. I tried several different days to go down and go swimming and the water was cold and then the pool man said while it warms up once you’ve been in there for a while. The man at the desk and Indian man was extremely rude to me. I will not be back.

Room was clean, smelled like they cleaned with bleach. There were no curtains only a very thin shade that did not stop sunlight or car lights from coming in at night and hotel is on a busy main rd. Also, there was some type of loud noice (ice machines?, washer dryers?) above our room which was constantly disruptive. The beds were older firm. Sheets and pillows were very nice and soft. Bathroom was clean. The hotel staff was pleasant. Doubt I would stay there again, but worked on short notice and was pet friendly.

The free breakfast was not that great! The hours of breakfast time should be until 10am and more food options. The bagels were terrible sausage was not cooked properly and potatoes were not edible. One of our hotel rooms since we rented two was not clean had not been vacuumed. And had trash on the floor.

The staff was kind and attentive. Love that there was coffee available 24/7. There was some confusion about staying an extra night, but it was handled quickly and we were able to stay a 2nd night.

Never saw any breakfast said 6:30-930, was never out. Bathroom vent was so dirty no air could go thru it. Pool and gazebo in front of it was dirty. WiFi was not good. Only friendly person was the person that checked us in. Towels used never got new ones clean ones back.

The facility was dated. Hallway carpets were dirty, elevator was dirty. The room was ok but there were stains on the walls and moldings, which I cleaned off. might have been blood or mud- not sure. The television did not work- didn't connect with internet. Manager had to come to my room to try to fix. Overall, it's a tired hotel in need of renovation. Stayed only one night.
