Overall our stay at Rocky Gap was lovely. The resort is very well kept and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean and the shower was spa-like! The only complaint I had about the room was the hardness of the mattress. The restaurants were a bit of a disappointment with some of the food very under seasoned and not particularly hot. Since we were there off season we were not able to take advantage of weekend entertainment offerings, but we knew that ahead of time. Overall, I give it a 4 out of 5.

This was a beautiful area and the hotel was amazing with many very nice amenities, especially for the value - it truly was above our expectations. There are several smoking areas - one outside the front door which was very unpleasant to walk by as we went in and out and despite having a smoking section with a door in the casino, the entire casino smelled like smoke.
