When I first saw the room, I thought it was a little small and not too impressed. But, the bed and sheets were fantastic, the bathroom was extremely nice, the water in the shower had pressure. This is a very nice hotel

Optei por um quarto classificado como luxo. No entanto, o frigobar fazia muito barulho, com estalos altos que chegaram a me acordar assustado durante a noite. Além disso, o hotel não oferece benefícios como áreas de lazer, e a diferença entre o quarto padrão e o de luxo é mínima. Por outro lado, a equipe de funcionários foi bastante prestativa, o café da manhã é razoável e o ar-condicionado funcionou muito bem, deixando o quarto aquecido em meio ao frio intenso da minha estadia.

O hotel é novo, moderno, elevadores não demoram, mesmo com o hotel cheio. Café da manhã delicioso, variado e reposto o tempo todo. Roupas de cama e toalhas condizem com a qualidade do hotel. Café da Manhã: Ovos mexidos muito secos. O Café é servido estilo cafeteira doméstica, "requentando". Apartamento: Fiquei decepcionada com o cuidado do enxoval do apartamento. Os travesseiros estavam com cheiro forte e ruim e as toalhas estavam com as fibras bem secas/duras. É nítido que o serviço de lavanderia está precisando de uma avaliação mais criteriosa. Chuveiro com boa pressão. Hotel tem boa localização.

Limpeza ruim, tanto do quarto quanto das louças do café da manhã. Me colocaram em um quarto acessível sem que eu solicitasse, ou seja, não tinha box. Para tomar banho, molhava o banheiro inteiro e ficava frio. A fechadura da porta acabou a bateria, então nenhum cartão abria, fiquei um tempo pra fora e meu per preso dentro até resolverem. Foi bem ruim a estadia como um todo.
