Great people, great hotel in a great location

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The beds are comfortable, the place is clean, and it is just a half a block from Plaza de Armas. We were able to secure airport pickup and drivers. Just note that the prices for the drivers were a bit high. They provide a breakfast that includes cooked eggs. Hot water for tea of fresh coca and mint leaves is available 24/7. This place is a gem.

Wonderful vibes, incredible location, really sweet and accommodating staff. Not very noise-proof, and the heater wasn't working at breakfast so it was very cold, but otherwise everything was great. They helped me call a taxi to the airport. Felt very safe for a solo traveler.

Beautiful hotel!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room was large and the beds are comfortable. The hotel has historic charm and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location right off the main square is excellent.

Property was clean but not exceptional. I found hair on the bed when i arrived ang again the next day after room service. The stair into the bathroom is hard to maneuver at night. It was also loud most of the night outside. The rooms are not very spund proof

We stayed here for 4 nights and the service was excellent..lovely and friendly staff. There is a loud club next door that makes it a little too loud in the evening but generally a great spot to stay.

Authentic Stay in Cusco

Beautiful and authentic bed & breakfast/ boutique hotel style hotel in the middle of everything that you need in Cusco. Hotels.com did not communicate with the hotel, and the hotel did not receive our reservation. With no rooms available, they escorted us to a neighboring hotel and did host us the next day for a reduced price. We highly recommend this stay! ps: The bed was amazing!
