Nice location that’s close to Plaza de Armas but not right on the plaza which helped it be a bit quieter. We had three separate stays in this hotel in between other activities. The first room we stayed in looked down into their outside dining area. It was a bit noisy in the mornings when breakfast started up. The walls were also somewhat thin and we could hear people clearly in the hallway. The other two rooms didn’t have this problem and were quieter. The property was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. They also stored our luggage for us while we went on a multi day trek.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. My only complaint is that the walls are a bit thin and could hear people in the hallways or noise from outside a bit more than I’d like.

All the staff were amazing & so helpful, from the doormen to waiters to cleaners. Made me feel very safe during my stay as a solo female traveller - the hotel is only one block from Plaza de Armas so is very walkable & safe but quiet as well.

Cusco blessed place

Very blessed vacation since the first day in the hotel Costa del Sol Cusco , Richard give us very good advice about how to buy tickets for Machu Picchu , trains , buses and tours , everybody there very friendly and helpful , excellent free breakfast and very safe place, actually Cusco is a very safe City.
