Das Haus ist in einer guten Nähe zum Strand und hat alles was man benötigt. Das große Manko war die Hellhörigkeit im gesamten Haus. Man konnte durch die Türen jedes knacken, sprechen etc hören. Ohne Türen wäre es nicht lauter gewesen. Dazu kommt der extrem knarrende Fußboden.
