Modern hotel across from what we found to be the best area on Da Nang beach. A mix of young and old beachgoers in what appears to be the most popular surfing area. Lot's of shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. Stayed four nights in Executive room with balcony with good bedding on a decent mid-firm bed.

Rocky start as bed was uncomfortable, however, KENT, the manager was like “Clark Kent” and corrected things lickity split! Such a competent person! All other staff above normal I’d say!!! Great location, great view of beach!

We stayed at the Balcona Hotel in April and had a wonderful time! Room was clean, Bed firm but comfortable. Delicious breakfast and tea. We used the spa and received excellent service! I would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful.
