Banyan Tree Lang Co offers 89 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature private pools and private plunge pools. Our Villa Host, Man was amazing!!!! Super friendly, responsible, helpful, spontaneous and personable!!!! He has exceeded my expectations every time! An absolute super staff you have!!! The Villa was clean and comfortable. Privacy was respected. Cleaning staff were quick and quite thorough. I also really like the maintenance option you have on the website so I can report any defects, which were all taken care of at the indicted time. A big thumbs up for your maintenance team too! Greeters at the restaurants were all great! They remembered us by face and our orders from the day before…..amazing! Shi was particularly attentive!!!! Your Spa is also of high standard…… loved the massages!!!! Ladies there were skillful and gentle!❤️ In general, our stay with you was great! Wow!! I cannot stress how beautiful this holiday was. The staff were absolutely incredible, nothing was too much for them . They were helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. The villa was perfect. It was clean , comfortable and nothing hadn’t been thought of . The in room check in after a long journey was a perfect touch . Fresh fruit , tea. Coffee , fresh towels and toiletries were stocked up daily . On the last night we arrived back to a beautiful bath with petals and fresh fruit . All the small things matter to the staff here . I would 100% return . A perfect holiday made better by fabulous staff and setting

Banyan Tree Lang Co, in Da Nang Area is certainly one of the best resorts we have visited, in Asia, and possibly in the world; first and foremost - the service is attentive and maticulous; the rooms are spacious, the private pools are wonderful. the public area - swimming pool and the beach are just fantastic; food quality is decent; only thing we did not appreciate was the private BBQ grill in the villa; it is one of the resorts that we would like to come back to; highly recommended

Since our arrival until our check out, our time at the Banyan Tree Lang Co has been fabulous. The only negative is that we stayed for only 5 nights. I wish it could have been more. Our lagoon view villa was beautiful, designed in a traditional style. Our preference over a large scale hotel resort. We had the use of bicycles for our stay which was perfect for getting around the complex. Lovely little paths and pretty lantern lit bridges to cycle or walk through. We ate in all the restaurants over the course of our stay and also tried out Rice Bowl next door in the Angsana hotel. Every meal was delicious with exceptional service. We had what’s app chat with our own villa host which felt personal. We enjoyed the beach with stunning sea views. Staff there would bring us complementary sorbet, water and snacks each day. We also enjoyed a couples massage in the spa. Another lovely experience. I have to say the staff really made the difference. Stand out service, smiles and hellos from everyone. We have stayed in lovely resorts in the past but the Bayan Tree Lang Co truly stands out. Would love to return.

Our favorite resort in Vietnam

Absolutely gorgeous resort! All of the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. I was also fortunate enough to celebrate my birthday during our stay, and Phung, our villa host, coordinated with my girlfriend to make it the most special birthday ever! We would absolutely recommend staying at this resort if you’re in the Da Nang/Hue area.

Banyan Tree offer a incredibly unique experience!

What an incredible and unique luxury hotel experience this was! Banyan Tree are a different type of hotel offering very personal experience throughout your stay. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and despite the weather not being on our side the hotel team did an awesome job and making up for it! We were greeting by our awesome host named Bich, who took us up to our upgraded 2-bedroom sea view villa. Due to the colder rainy weather we were upgraded to have a heated jacuzzi so we could still enjoy the beautiful outdoors and the infinity pool! This was a very classy move the the team. We were surprised multiple times a day with lovely thoughtful gestures for our honeymoon, including an upgrade, complimentary spa treatment of couples massage for 60mins, and many cakes and sweet treats. The host made the effort to converse with us at breakfast every day and ensure they're taking feedback and optimising our experience at all times. She even went above and beyond by sourcing vegetarian food options for our in-room dining as my wife is vegetarian. The attention to detail was impeccable.
