This was such an amazing hotel experience in Da Nang. Location was literally right across MyAn beach—so convenient. The room was clean and, pillows so comfortable. Small but perfeclty enjoyable rooftop pool! The breakfast buffet was impressively delicious and offered an array so extensive, it is a crime not to go! They had free afternoon teas during the 2 days that we were there and they had a little entertainment for Halloween ( mystery box) with all the staff having bloody wounds tattoed on their faces for a little touch of “scare”. There was lovely live piano music, as well.However, what stood out was the sincere and warm hospitality from such friendly staff. We felt so at home and taken care of. It felt like family. Kudos to everyone we encountered from 10/30/25 through 11/1/25. To the front desk staff who patiently tended to us, the bell people who were quick to anticipate our needs, the housekeeping staff who were so hardworking and always wore a smile, the F&B staff at Ca Go whose work was like a graceful ballet performance ensuring such an impeccable flow at the buffet, and to Sarah at the front desk, who made this experience so unforgettable with her personal touch—thank you to all of you. You guys are stellar! We highly recommend this place! God bless you.

Great food selection. Staff were nice, accommodating and helpful. The partial ocean view we booked was obstructed by a construction crane and we weren’t notified or properly compensated. They gave us drink vouchers for the construction noise that ran very early in the morning until 7 pm, but nothing else. It rained heavy one day and the water had seeped into our windows creating a small puddle and soaked some of our belongings. The staff offered their apologies (profusely), but we felt they could have done better to compensate for the inconveniences.
