Room was clean. Amenities were good. There were many amenities to choose from. The food was amazing. The only reason for one star off was because our room was on the ground floor and was used as storage for parties as well as gardening tools. The gardening staff frequently walked onto the lawn that was a part of our room.

The residence we were allocated should not have been let in its current state - the smell in the main bedroom was so bad we could not sleep in it and no alternative was available. Walls were marked from the dampness, paint chipped off in a number of places, furniture stained, curtains in poor condition - staff could not be faulted they did all they could but that lost first night and morning could not be replaced - i.e. lost. Not what one expects when booking 5 star luxury accommodation. Would not recommend it based on my experience. Juliane Michaels

This resort was top notch. The service was impeccable in every area, from the front desk to room service to pool attendants to the gardeners. The beach and pool amenities were exactly what you would want for a day at the beach. So beautiful! The rooms were clean and bright with fantastic amenities. The food was delicious. We ate at two of the restaurants as well as the Hyatt Club and room service. We will be back.

Hotel facilities were good and restaurants served good quality food, esp the Vietnamese one. Room was spacious and modern. Light controls were one of the most intuitive I have seen in hotels. However, housekeeping was lacking. For 2 days, no housekeeping was provided until we called guest services to action on it.

Some doors didn’t work so well. Like the door to open the fridge ( not the fridge door ) Loved the fact the bath tub was separate. So we could shower without having to get in the tub. I also loved the Vietnamese restaurant as we went there more than once.
