We had pleasant stay in Mandila for 3 Nights. Bathtub bit odd as need to hop over. Shower curtains and Glass shield roller are old. Fantastic Infinity pool. Beach right across. Nice Spa service quality is better than outdoors ones. Good buffet breakfast. Decent size room with Balcony for seaview. Thankful to all staff.

This hotel offers amazing beach views! There is a lot of value for the money. Good breakfast buffet with a courtesy staff all around. Drivers arranged and available for day trips. Dislikes would be the noise level is really high until about 12:30AM. The bathroom is a bit wonky. Can’t sit on the toilet without being up against the toilet roll. Step in free standing tub/shower. Main shower head did not work. Have to use a step stool to get in the shower. If you have any kind of handicap, I don’t recommend this bathroom. Also has very limited space for toiletries. Overall, it was a nice place to visit, but I probably would not have a second stay in this hotel.

The overall is good. We have no complaints about the hotel. However there is a beach lounge about 200m away from this hotel which plays very loud music throughout the night. If you have trouble sleeping than you should consider the city view instead of ocean view.

Wonderful Beachfront Hotel

I had a fantastic time at this sea front property. All the staff are extremely attentive. The rooms are very comfortable and the rooftop infinity pool has a breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding area. Ms. Hannah (customer relations manager) and Ms. Thu (food & beverage manager) definitely went the extra mile for all of the guests.

The property is well maintained, clean and very good facilities. Our room is big, with comfortable bed and soft pillows. A large TV, fast internet and WiFi, with free tea, coffee and a mini fridge. The SPA service is excellent, a price bargained with the service you get. Very friendly, accomodating and helpful staff. Less than a minute walk to the beach, a grocery store beside the hotel, excellent breakfast. A lot of shopping for souvenirs and restaurants near the hotel. More than you can bargain, a 5star hotel in its own right.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We stayed in a beach view suite for 13 nights and loved every minute there. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the free foot massage was appreciated. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
