オシャレでシックなホテル。無料でアップグレードして下さり、プレミアVIPルームに泊まった。このホテルは全体的に、植物が多い。 お部屋もシックだが、改装したのか、部屋の設備は所々古い。TVもYouTubeは見られない。 清掃も甘く、椅子や荷物置きの上には、髪の毛がいくつか落ちている。 また、バスルームが良くない。使いにくい。バスルームはとても狭く、トイレのすぐ真横にバスタブがある。換気口はあるが、換気扇はないので、臭いがあり空気が綺麗ではない。シャワーもバスタブの中で洗うタイプだし、天井からのシャワーベッドもない。湯船には浸からなかた また、ベルマンの一人が態度があまり良く無い。（もう一人は良いのだが） 無料のアフタヌーンティーは、クオリティも結構良く美味しい。朝食も種類が結構ある。 全体的にはまぁまぁだが、安いので、値段を考えれば良いと思う。

Overall a beautiful resort. Breakfast buffet was lacking especially compared to the other chain hotels we stayed at, everything is self serve including water or napkins. Water pressure was low or unusable. Either super cold, and then 15 minutes later it was scalding hot. No in between. No drinks by the pool. We checked out earlier 3 days but had already paid and could not receive a refund.

The staff LUV was helpful and kind. The check in and check out was smooth. The hotel provide afternoon tea though the spread was not much but u seldom see hotel provide that. The breakfast spread was good. Overall OK.

Service and facilities were exceptional. The standout is the rooftop pool 17 stories up. Beautiful grounds. We arrived a day late, and the desk staff automatically upgraded our room. Incedible city view from high floors.

Very walkable and central. The 2 bedroom was spacious and the buffet was good with a wide variety. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was the shower and AC - it was hard to get hot water in one of the shower and the AC was not adjustable so the rooms were warm in the daytime.

The reception folks went above and beyond. They were amazing. The bed was very uncomfortable. There isn’t many actual restaurants in walking area so we went to the hotel restaurant but boy menu is very limited. Room was great but location wasn’t ideal

This stay, there was a 1 for 1 special on their dining menu. Food not fantastic but, their salted caramelised coffee was good, frothy. But, you will need to inform them to put less condensed milk and salt.
