Great hotel. Nice location by the beach. The WiFi was woefully slow. Also the ice cream counter closed too early. I didn’t like the bed situation. Gave us just 3 beds even though our reservation was 4 people.

The best Pain au chocolati ever had, very good service durring breakfast. We were stuck in sapa so we checked in next day. Nothing offered for the day we lost, but i guess it is not their fault. Very good location in front of the beach. Only thing we had is minor noise coming from below if you want to sleep early around 9.00 you may find it hard. If you are tired you will definetly flgo to sleep. If we come back to Da nang we will definetly come back to this hotel.

It was comfortable. There is a beach in front of you. There is also a beach bar, and there are several restaurants around, so I don't have to worry about eating. The pool was also very nice with a sea view. I also went to the spa, and the service was great.

Absolutely one of the best Hotels I've ever stayed at. They brought me a cake with happy birthday, written. Never felt so special and welcomed. The hotel 10/10 the room size, is humongous. Had partial sea view but could full see the whole coast line. Staff so friendly & polite, couldn't ask for anything more. Breakfast was good, pool great, chill out spots a gym/spa. Everything you need. I shall be returning....

The staff provided good customer service and were very helpful. However, my room faced ongoing construction, and the insulation wasn’t strong enough to block out noise from the hallways and the room above. Music from across the beach also played past midnight, which affected sleep quality. Overall, while the service was nice, the property does not fully reflect a 5-star experience.

We had a great time at TMS Hotel. All the staff were extremely professional, friendly, and did an excellent job taking care of the guests. I have stayed at a good number of five-star hotels before, both in Asia and Europe, but I was particularly impressed with how well they run this place. We traveled with a baby and initially struggled with bathing him. When I mentioned this to the hotel staff, they went out of their way to provide us with a small plastic bathtub for the baby, which was a thoughtful gesture. I'm also grateful for how well they took care of us during breakfast. We were traveling in a large group and with a baby. The staff, especially Mr. Phuoc, paid close attention to our needs and made arrangements so we could sit together. He even provided us with a table with a sofa seat so our little one had space to roll around comfortably. We stayed there for nearly two weeks and had a wonderful experience.
