The property was advertised, however, there was a huge homeless population in the area and in front of the building. Due to the outside population, at times the ladies with us felt a bit unsafe. We recognize that is not a controllable. What was more unnerving was the remote didn't have batteries se we couldn't operate the TV in the living room. Roaches on the counters and in the rooms was gross. Just didn't expect that.
Clean place and close to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas
Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay, conveniently located near the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas. I appreciated the high level of security, as an access code was required to enter the building. We were able to walk to the convention center each day, which was very convenient. However, be aware that there were some homeless people around the building.
Great location near the Dallas World Aquarium, Perot Museum and Farmers Market. Pool is closed Mondays for maintenance which was no big deal just something to keep in mind when booking. Large bedrooms with plenty ty of room to spread out and extra rollaway beds if needed. Was a little dusty and lint trap on dryer was missing so it sucked our clothes up but we were able to retrieve them. Issue is probably resolved by now. Overall a great place for a getaway to see the things we were in town for. Valet service was excellent.
