The property had a nice play area for children and it was clean and in a nice neighborhood. The refrigerator kept going out and sounded like a jet plane taking off. The owner was responsive but the fixes they implemented did not last. The cooktop was confusing to use and needed an instruction booklet. The hall bathroom had a claw foot tub that was difficult to shower in.

After more than 200 short-term rental stays, it’s hard to surprise me—this one did, for all the wrong reasons. The home feels completely worn out and neglected. It was poorly stocked, only marginally clean, and the beds were uncomfortable. Several pieces of furniture were dirty or broken, and multiple doors sticky, just gross. We arrived to find the power off and ice melted across the floor, suggesting an ongoing maintenance issue rather than a one-off problem. With proper care and investment, this could be a great place. As it stands, it’s not ready for guests and should be avoided. The 2023 reviews accurately reflect the current condition.

The property was easy to get to and communication from host made it easy. The interior was very clean. The backyard was private and nice to hang out by fire. Off street parking plus 2 garage stalls was nice. We had everything we needed and plenty of stores close by for our needs.

Great family home!!

Our little family of 5 stayed here while visiting family over Thanksgiving break. It was located in a very safe area and centrally located to easily access restaurants and visit family across town. It was equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfy, layout of home was perfect, and temperature was just right. It has such a cute backyard with porch lighting and seating, firepit, mini play area, and hammock if you’d like. It had ALL the extra essentials for itty bitty ones too such as a bassinet, changing table, high chair, etc. Our only minor complaints would be the water and ice dispenser from fridge wasn’t working properly, the shower made a loud whistling sound so faucet might need tightening, and we couldn’t get the hot tub to warm. All in all though the host communicated very well and it has wonderful potential to stay for the future!

Property was okay

Ran into some issues at this property. The hot tub quite working, but property manager sent over someone to check it out. After they left the hot tub would not heat above 85 degrees. The outside patio furniture was dated and all the wicker was cracked and broken, some cushions had cigarette burns on them as well. The front porch light was not working. The have a momentary spot light for the front door but it goes out after a couple of minutes. I would highly recommend repairing the front door / porch light for security reasons.there was also an issue with the back door where it looks as someone tried to break into the house the outside of the door still has visible pry marks and the door frame itself was broken where it was forced open. They tried to repair the with glue and screwed, but it it so loose I did not trust that for my security. When I brought this up with my company they told me to leave the property and find a more safe and secure place to stay.

Back yard and patio not kept up , the hot tub was dirty, we had to have house keeping come back out to clean the playground area because trash was left . Patio furniture dirty and broken, kitchen didn’t have proper cooking supplies .

Super clean, but no spices, hot tub not maintained

The house is clean! Thank you! How could it be better? 1. Basic Spices? At least salt and pepper? 2. Water and ice functioning on the fridge 3. Nightstand outlets for charging 4. The wood fence and gate in disrepair 5. Hot tub filled, heated, and functioning properly. 6. Overpriced, way too much money for what was provided. Underwhelmed.

Best Communication

We used this property to get out of having our son (18mo) stay in a hotel after surgery. Upon arriving, the air conditioner wasn't working. Our host was very attentive and had someone out there within 2 hours to get everything repaired! House worked great for our needs.

Super cute house! We are having foundation repairs on our home and needed a place quickly to stay. My 3 year old loved having the play set in the back yard and sleeping on the bunk bed. The host was very helpful and always replied quickly.

Great relaxation getaway!

Loved this little spot in Plano. The house is very cute in a quiet neighborhood. We had some issues with the hot tub the first night, but it was only due to having clean, fresh water pumped in that took some time to heat up. All questions about it were answered quickly; management is extremely responsive even after 11pm. 10/10, would definitely stay there again and will look for more of their properties in the future! Makes for a great getaway with plenty of space for larger groups.

This place is one of the best out there

From the friendly property manger, to the amazing interior/ exterior this location is one of best we have ever been to for our stay cation. The property was clean and well maintained. They communicated clearly, check in was easy, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. I would seriously recommend this property for anyone from 99 to 2 years of age.
