The home was great, and it was pleasantly clean. The host was extremely helpful with checkin and checkout. Actually communicated with a real person. The checkin process was more in depth than had experienced before but host walked me through it with more ease. Our stay at the home added so much more to our short vacation.

It was a beautiful home, but it does need some attention. The table/chairs outside need tightened up or replaced. The sink in the hall bathroom is also loose from the wall. The flapper in the main floor bathroom also needs fixed ormainbatheoom

Mini Spring Break Vacay

Me and my family enjoyed this beautiful home. It was full of things to do, my kids loved everything. The owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The beds are very comfy. It was a little too cool for the pool, but they enjoyed the jacuzzi. The only hiccup was it took a while to warm the jacuzzi up. We will be booking again.

Great family getaway

We loved staying at this property. The home and neighborhood were beautiful. Our kids loved all the amenities ( the hot tub, pool and especially the movie room). There were tons of places to sleep. The host was very helpful and quick to communicate.

Property just as described community manager is very responsive! Although we needed absolutely nothing. The kids enjoyed the hot tub pool and movie theater. They did not want to leave the home. We ventured to dallas to site see and everyone wanted ti just be at the house. We enjoyes the home immensely ans will definitely rebook in future

Short Get Away

We rented this property when we needed work done on our house. It is a cute older house with lots of fun touches. The pool and movie room were our favorites. The showers were also great. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Large charming home

We stayed here one week for a family reunion (8 adults, 4 children). Located in a quiet, safe, upper scale neighborhood. Nice pool with privacy fence. Well-equipped kitchen with two large refrigerators—one outside by the grill and pool. Plenty of comfortable seating. Several “meeting areas” throughout. Excellent media room for movies. Comfortable beds. Clean. I would not hesitate to re-book in the future and recommend the property to anyone who wishes to entertain 6 to 12 well-behaved people near the DFW metroplex.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time! The pool was so refreshing and there’s so much room outside to sit and relax! We loved being able to cook outside. So much room! The house is gorgeous. You’ll love the cinema room! We had the best time! Communication was great! We had absolutely no problems at all! Would definitely go back for another stay!

Great stay!!

House was great, above expectations. Very clean and a lot of space for everyone. Manager was awesome with multiple check ins to see if everything was good. Would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. Only improvement would be to add better A/C to media room. It was pretty hot due to Texas summer.

Family vacation

My family and I planned a fun filled spring break getaway for the weekend and we were not disappointed. The house had everything we could possibly need. We felt right at home. We did have a little trouble getting in the back gate but as soon I messaged the host I received a call right away explaining exactly what to do and the gate opened right up.

Rowlett Hideaway

Our family stayed at this beautiful property for about a month. The house and amenities gave us both inside enjoyment, and the pool provided relaxation in hot days. Having two king size beds, 3 queen beds and two twin bunk beds in separate rooms gave us plenty of space in case we needed it. Also, the neighborhood is extremely quiet, which adds to the tranquility during the day or night. The theater room was enjoyed by all of us to view movies and sporting events. I highly recommend this property for family vacations or a transition house if you are relocating to the Dallas area. Finally, the customer service provided for this property was outstanding. Questions were quickly answered and problems (minor and very few) we identified were solved the same day.

Awesome Time

We had a great stay in this house! Plenty of room for our group!!! A couple of things that could be better but overall we enjoyed the house! The concrete by the pool is quite sticky but I’m sure it’s from the big tree right by the pool, pool was ice cold, the oven cooks weird, and lots of bugs inside the house like mosquitoes and knats. Overall, we enjoyed the house and the location of the house was great! We will definitely be back someday!!!

Excellent Home, just not ready for us and poor communication with the property manager

The home is outstanding, but clearly was not ready for us at check in. The vent hood for the stove was filthy, we had to clean that and the kitchen counter was covered with ants. We also could not use the pool for over 4 hours as it had to be cleaned in the middle of our stay. We were told we could check out an hour later for all the inconveniences, but a house cleaner literally walked into the house while we were still there on the last day. They ended up refunding the cleaning fee and $100 from the booking fee, but I feel like the stay was not fully planned for and there was poor communication from the property manager. The house is amazing but there should definitely be better plan to prep for guest and communicate with staff.

Beautiful and fun family home

We were looking to get away anywhere WARM for spring break with our young children, somewhere the kids would be entertained enough that we could work remotely a little with them. The house was beautiful and perfect for our needs with room to spare! The backyard was everything! The hosts were responsive and extremely helpful both with local recommendations and a few questions we had about the property upon arrival. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book again should I find myself in the area.

Spring break

1st the house was excellent advertising the house was a understatement it was more to it in person with basketball goal and football equipment was great for the boys didn't know it was part of the property also the beds and showers was great plenty of rooms and bed. Movie theater one word extravaganza I didn't also know the single chairs massage and heated up my sister stayed in one lol. Let not forget the pool with our friendly visitors the ducks.
