A beautifully remodeled bathroom with carrera marble means you can get ready for the day with ease. We are experienced hosts who TRULY care about your experience!

The Space:
Spacious 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Apartment- Located on the 2nd story but with wide stable stairs. You get the entire apartment it is NOT a shared room! We are very strict on no smoking and no parties.

Enter into the Living Room equipped with a comfortable couch with a 55" TV that has Netflix and streaming cable.

The great room leads into a generous dining table and kitchen with gorgeous dark granite countertops. A full stove and fridge means you can cook any meal or store that takeout. A dishwasher means hassle free dishes.

The bedroom has two comfortable Queen beds and luxe bedding. Enjoy a 32" TV to catch up on your favorite show in bed. We have just added another queen bed to the room so the picture is to give an idea of space, the bedding and decorations are slightly different.

A newly updated bathroom with a tub/shower lets you get ready for the day with ease!

3 Large closets means you aren't tripping over your luggage the entire time- one in the Living room, one in the hall and a massive one in the bedroom.

The Neighborhood:
Things to do- Six flags, Cowboys Stadium, Globe Life Field and park, Ripley's believe it or not, the list goes on and on. Right in between Fort Worth and Dallas you can sight see everything in the DFW metroplex or be in a convenient location for business. We are located literally across from a Cowboys Stadium Parking lot. We just completely remodeled this complex so you are sure to have everything you need.

Getting Around:
Arlington has partnered with Via- its only $3 a ride!

We take cleaning and your comfort very seriously, exceeding the COVID recommendations. Touchless entry with an app or use a keypad with a unique code! Check out our other reviews to see the quality that we put it into our customer service and entire business!

PET POLICY: Please be sure to add your pet(s) to the reservation when booking. The pet fee is $75 for their entire stay. This fee will be added to your reservation. Maximum 2 pets, please

Barking is of our utmost concern. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if a dogs barking is disturbing other guests. Please do not leave them alone if they get sad and will bark.

Please keep your pets off the furniture, pickup your pets waste, and be respectful of other guests, keeping them on leash and away from other guests at all times.

*Please note you will be assessed a fine if you bring a pet(s) without adding adding them to the reservation prior to your arrival.

Due to insurance we do have breed restrictions. We are unable to host Akitas, ChowChows, Dobermans, German Shepards, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls and related breeds, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids and Presa Canario.
