The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which was great. Our room was not clean, we had hairs in our beds and the room felt damp. The room needs an update.

The outside appearance of the hotel is beautiful however as soon as walking in the hotel it was unpleasant. It had a very strong stale smell, the floors were dirty and the elevator walls had hand streaks all over it . The hallways of the hotel was very dirty and smelled bad. Stains on the carpet everywhere. Our room had a stale smell to it. The carpet was filthy. Bathroom and dresser drawers had hair and dirt in them. The shower had mold. The bedside tables were completely filthy. Stains on the chairs where we didn't feel comfortable enough to even put our belongings on let alone sit on. We felt completely confined to the bed only. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Absolutely worst hotel experience.

Staff was super friendly from check in to check out! Breakfast was good, but your average hotel breakfast options. The hotel wasn't your 5 star hotel, but it was clean, the beds were comfy, and there weren't any sketchy people running around. The pool was a bit small but clean. We stayed to get a good night's rest after a long weekend at the ball fields, and checked out of our previous hotel we paid $200 more for our other one, and this one was just as suitable.

The elevator had a terrible smell, the toilet was broken, had to move to another room, and the hotel was booked so I didn't have a room to stay in for my seven days stay. Had to move to another hotel.

We liked the room setup and the folded towels in the bathroom. Initially, the room we were in did not have a properly working toilet. We were told to lift up the tank top and make some adjustments and then to turn the knob to turn the water on. We did not feel that it was appropriate for guests to try to repair the toilet. The front desk employee came to the room to try to fix and was very friendly. Explained to her that we were not happy with the situation. She was being told by her manager that someone would be on duty the next morning. (Feel that when the hotel is full there should be a person on duty 24 hours to handle those situations. Unfair to her to try to repair the toilet too) Eventually, we were accommodated with a new room and we were satisfied.

Good location, we were attending a graduation at Opportunity central & it was 7 min away. I had two separate reservations, which meant we would have to change rooms. But the desk clerk made accommodations so we didn’t have to. The room was spacious. Had excellent breakfast. We will definitely stay here again

As an older hotel it needs touchup paint, clean moldy caulk around bathtub, wallpaper removal or reglue—basically take care of the little stuff instead of trying to upgrade with new sink or fan.
