Kick back in the comfy living room after cheering on your favorite team, or enjoy this spacious backyard before hitting the roller coasters at Six Flags! With its prime location and comfy vibes, this house is the perfect spot for an unforgettable stay.
(1) Please respect quiet hours from 9pm to 9am CT.

(2) No smoking allowed inside the home. Weapons, fireworks, illegal drugs and/or illegal activity is prohibited at all times. Violating this house rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of $500 and removal from the property without a refund.

(3) Guests will ensure that the home is locked upon exiting throughout their stay and upon check-out.

(4) Candles are not allowed in the home.

(5) Please ensure there are no extra guests (including pets) beyond what is listed in the reservation. If the security cameras show additional guest count, fees will be applied ($20 per person per night , $70 per pet). Events are only allowed if agreed upon with host, prior to check-in. Please note that events require an additional fee.

(6) Extensive damage to linens, including but not limited to stains that can't be removed by the washing machine, are subject to a replacement fee.

(7) Please keep pets off the furniture (beds, couches).

(8) Please do not use tape on furniture or walls as this may cause damage such as paint chips and dents to furniture.

(9) Please do not set the AC temperature below 65 degrees F. This can cause the HVAC unit’s lines to freeze and render it inoperable. Instead, ensure all AC vents are open, all windows and doors are closed.

(10) If any balloons were used, POP them and DISCARD them in the trash prior to checkout.

(11) The most important house rule is to have FUN, be SAFE, and treat our home with CARE!

Note: Our team performs inspections prior to and post stay to check for any damage. If damage is found or house rules & checkout instructions are not followed, a claim will be filed, and the guest will be responsible for covering repairs or replacement of damaged and/or stolen items.
