The stay wasnât the issue. The hotel was very clean and represented. The problem is that my card was charged almost for the cost of the stay after it was booked and paid for through hotels.com. I was then told it was in error but it would be 7-10 business days for refund.
Booked on 6/25, and when we arrived, there was a huge line at check in. Weather issues led to Dallas Airport to cancel all flights and there were many w vouchers. We also had booked it for our cancelled flight. When we reached our turn, the desk told us that they had given our reservation away and that there was no room. The employee named Josh said he couldnât issue a refund either bc he wasnât the manager. He said heâd leave a note for the manager. No one followed up for 2 months and I left them messages through Hotel.com. I had to call the inn today finally and Rosie said Expedia had to refund us bc the inn never charged us since they couldnât give us the room. Refund finally happened and Expedia was like they were flexible although it was non refundable. What a joke. Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty and worn. Loud AC. Humid and moldy smell. Never wouldâve booked it hasnât it been an emergency, but it really is more of a motel for the cheap price point. Horrendous exp and lack of professionalism every inch of the process.
Very nice please. Clean, comfy, and quiet. However O wasnât told you have to be 21 to check in and was charged and extra fee. As well as the staff only giving me my room for one night after I reserved and verbally confirms two. Everything was resolved.
I have always booked this hotel every time I come to Dallas, this hotel has been the best. Unfortunately for the past year the quality of this hotel has gone down. Staff are not inviting, they seem to be here because itâs a job, even the staff in the kitchen they just stand in the kitchen area on their phones. Doesnât matter if they donât speak English I can understand âHola or Buenos Diasâ. The rooms are decent but no extraordinary like in the past. My biggest issue was the ants in the closet and bathroom, they were on my bags that were in the closet. I didnât notice them until I put my bag on the bed and saw them on the outside of my bag. They were also in the bathroom. I know breakfast is free but is used to be good but now the breakfast is not as good and the sausage is salty. I donât know if this hotel changed management but this is not a hotel I will be coming back to. Disappointed.
Overall, everything was very well and I enjoyed and I hadnât visit a hotel in so long that made me feel like I was at home so I am very thankful that I got to visit this location
Ants were everywhere in my bathroom and I didnât notice until I was getting dressed in the morning. I still have bites all over my legs and feet. I was on a rush because I had to get them off me, and the move everything go the main room so I didnât get to rally to the staff. I am still trying to doctor my feet.
Soundproofing was terrible, many repairs needed, checkin was poor. Breakfast was good. Furniture was poor quality and uncomfortable. Bed was okay. Workout room AC was not repaired, in four days we stayed.
