The furniture in the lobby is filthy, full of stains and coming a part. The tub in my room had permanent stains as well as the chair and ottoman. I killed a roach and I was completely grossed out by everything. My sink didn’t have a stopper and if you’re not out of your room by 10:30 it won’t be cleaned. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again. I’ve stayed at other Comfort Inn Hotels before that were clean and well kept. The next time that I’m in Dallas I’ll spend more money for better accommodations.

Loved how when you walk in, it smelt clean. However once you make your way to the elevator you began to smell weed. Its clearly stated before entering the hotel NO smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. Our room was on 2nd floor and thats all you could smell. My daughter had to cover her nose each time we left the room. At one point someone was walking in the hall and the smell of weed came into our room.

1st room had a broken lock and key card scanner was glued back on and broken, trim falling off walls. Floors in room and hallways very dirty Changed rooms because or lock. Tv did not work, ac would hardly cool and refrigerator didnt work spoiled and ruined my food. When asked for thedr things to be fixed they told me it would be Monday no maintenance man available. Stuck there 3 days d/t $100 hold for incidental and would be charged canceled fee Hot tub smelled horrible 3rd night
