De not even get to check in because there swipe they blocked with tape om it and wanted 1000.00 deposit . Said I would pay cash for deposit then and they said no refund for deposit then . Expedia took my money and won’t do nothing and of course those crooks won’t give my money back .

Several things were terrible. The elevator was not working, the pool was closed, breakfast that is included had several things missing such as no milk for the cereal, no cream cheese for the bagels, no jam or butter for toast, coffee had no creamer, no juice of any sort. The towels for the room were minimal, which is a suite , were given hesitantly when asked for more, room was not cleaned unless I asked for service. First day was not cleaned. Furniture in room is old or banged up, carpet was dirty with burn marks. Do not stay here it is not worth it. At check in I was told the rates were lower due to the elevator being broken. No where did it say the elevator was broken. Poor amenities!!

The elevator was not working and no luggage assistance was offered to assist with taking the stairs to get to the 2nd floor where my room was located. The daily breakfast offerings were very limited: opened hard boiled eggs, small activia yogurts, stale oatmeal packets, cold cereal, water and coffee. Not an appetizing variety. The juice machine wasn't working both days.

I want to let you know some details about the room; it's not worth it. We found the bedspread with a hole and burned, which I reported to the front desk. The phone didn't have a cord, and the coffee maker didn't work; the water leaked everywhere. The USB sockets on the bedside table on both sides didn't work, we were never given the hotel's Wi-Fi password, we doubt the sheets were clean as we found something like crumbs on the bed.

Staff was annoyed to have to check me in.i felt like an inconvenience. There was so much wrong with this stay I'm just going to list them! 1. Felt unwelcomed 2. Couldn't get a late check out although i checked in at 2am. They advertised free breakfast but there wasn't a breakfast, in fact there weren't even snacks or vending machines! They also offered free shuttle service to the airport which was also not true, they don't!The elevators weren't working and he originally booked me into a room one the 2nd floor but my bags were too heavy to carry so i asked for a room on the main floor and he was again annoyed he had to change my room! The pool wasn't open so I guess that means the workout room wasnt an option either? The side doors key card machines don't work either! I was so disappointed with everything that everyone something else was wrong or broken i just laughed and almost expected the worst! Idk what's going on with choice hotels lately but their standards have fallen below acceptable recently!
