The neighborhood and location was great, the house amenities were fitting, house floors were dirty a mop would have been helpful. Pool stick tips were broken, and the master bathroom vent looked to be moldy with dark spots painted over near the vent. Host was notified and sent maintenance the next morning

Issues

It was great check in process but also when we checked in we had issues with both bathroom frist bathroom by the master bedroom the shower thing was dry rotted and on the second bathroom near the kitchen the whole shower head came off when we turned the water on it was dry rotted everything else was good it was just the bathroom that needed some work to it and the bed up stairs inn the big room it came apart …

Work trip

We were in Dallas to setup a new office. The house is in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of bed space for our 5 people. It was easy to find and ready for us when we arrived. Everyone from our party commented how comfortable the beds were. The biggest issue we had was the pool. When we arrived the pool was dirty and the water unclear. I never noticed the pool filter running while we were there for 4 nights. The pictures show a hot tub, but the hot tub isn’t actually included and therefore it was dirty and half empty when we arrived. The host did send a pool person to clean the pool, but the water never really improved. This was disappointing as the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this specific property. Overall, it was a good stay, but for what we paid I expected more.

Needs some updates. But excellent place to house a family in a private and peaceful environment.

Got changed from home originally booked to another location in Garland. A little out of the way for our weekend agenda. Home needs some updates but functioned quite nicely. Needed instructions on keypad entry, more labels on light switches and bathroom products provided. Could use some more kitchen utensils and towels in general. Did have an odd experience. Found a deceased duck in entry upon arrival home one day. Got in through fireplace and somehow died of exhaustion trying to get out. Despite all of above, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home. The response time of our property management was outstanding!!!!

Really enjoyed this property!! plenty of space, clean, and location was perfect!!

We had a group of 16 staying and there was plenty of space to spread out, House was very clean and nicely decorated felt very comfortable here. Location was perfect for our camp and activities we had while in Dallas. the only issue we had was the pool and hot tub heating. The property manager was great about communicating and we would definitely stay again.

Less than ideal

We booked this home for a family Christmas trip. We chose to pay extra for the heated pool and less than 24 hours before we arrived we found out that the heater did not work. We booked this house specifically for the heated pool. Upon arrival we noticed that the pool was extremely dirty, leaves all over the back patio and ants on all of the outdoor furniture. After our first night there we quickly realized only two burners worked on the stove. After several conversations back and forth with the property manager we resorted to being told to light paper towel to get the pilots to light on the stove. We also noticed that when you take a shower there is a sound of a jackhammer in the water pipes when it was running. The pool heater was fixed the night before we left and because it takes 24 hours to heat we were unable to use the pool. The kids were disappointed to say the least. The house was comfortable and accommodated everyone nicely. Was more disappointed in the efficiency of the property management getting things fixed than dealing with the unfortunate timing of things breaking. Book with caution in the colder months

Great property! Accommodated our group nicely.

Our group of 8 enjoyed a long weekend at this property. The house was very clean and the layout accommodated our group of friends nicely. The location also worked great for our group as it was close to the highway and easy to get Ubers to take us various places. The house is in a nice neighborhood north of Dallas. The property manager communicated well and was very responsive with any questions before and during our stay. The negatives are that while we were happy to pay extra to have the hot tub heated, it needed be turned on by the maintenance team remotely and we had to communicate with the property manager every time we wanted the hot tub heated up. Also, pool towels were not provided, however when we inquired about this, the property manager allowed us to use some extra bath towels. Lastly, we did not realize that groups of less than 12 would not have access to the bunk room above the garage. It was ok for our group, as we made it work with the beds in the other 4 rooms, but it wasn’t clear from the vrbo listing that we wouldn’t have access to this room. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place! Next to the Highway, but sound didn’t carry over to house. Plenty of beds! Garage door keypad broken, but we never needed to use the garage. Foosball table and diving board were fun 🤩 Would def stay there again !!

Family get away

Plenty of space. Very beautiful, cozy and comfortable home in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy access to the highway and very close to local restaurants. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space.
