No, I was told one thing by the rep who shared he called the hotel and it was okay for my grandson to check in around 4am and clock out at 11am the same day, paying for the full day. He just need a few hours of sleep. He arrived at the hotel and was told they couldn’t check him in unless he paid for two days which he didn’t need because his air bnb would be ready for check in at 4pm that same day. We were on the phone for 2 hours and went to 3 locations before he was driven a room after being on the highway 9 hours. I was really embarrassed and upset as I am a travel professional and was called to assist

Staff was very nice. I enjoyed the cookies and the gym was decent but very cold. Rooms need an upgrade and it wasn’t the cleanest as far as attention to detail. I found coins under the couch. Smudges on tv stand and ceiling was peeling in the shower. Overall it was ok for the price.

The staff were nice. But the room was absolutely miserable I booked for 1 night and the room was quite dirty there were stains everywhere. Hair ties on the floor etc. disgusting. Dont stay here they are not clean and its not as “new” as the pictures.

The room was clean. The AC worked maybe every other day, regardless of the temp being set to 65-67, one day it was cold enough but not cold enough. The next day was blowing hot air out of the vents for the majority of the night, I woke up sweating numerous nights unfortunately. The toilet also had difficulty flushing, even for just liquid being flushed down:/
