The majority of the staff was great, Friendly. Of course there's always one that can put a wrench in things. The room was ok, It did smell of mildew and the window seal seemed to be leaking. So there was moisture near the window and dampness in the carpet. There was also obvious signs of water damage in the walls near the window that had been painted over. The toilet in our room was not working properly even after been seen by maintenance and the shower faucet was not wanting to put the water to the shower head. I'd say the bathrooms could use some work. The food in their restaurant area was good. Overall it was a safe place to be to weather the storm we got stuck in. This location just needs some work.

We were woke up by the people above us at 6am. We were told that the shuttle we were boarding was the wrong one by the girl at the front desk. After we realized we had missed the shuttle they refused to admot they made a mistake but paid for a lyft to the airport

Wonderful staff and a clean, well taken care of room. Although the room was extremely dated and in need of an update, the hotel is well cared for. I had a wonderful one night say and look forward to staying again once it has been updated.
