Unclean. Entrance codes not working.
I’ll say the actual apartments set up was exceptionally cool. I loved the industrial look, the kitchen was beautiful and the large TV was really nice to watch shows on. That being said the apartment had clearly not been cleaned well. The bathroom had tons of mold on the shower floor. The shower also had little to no water pressure, than there was trash under the bed that clearly had been there for long enough to attract roaches. Which we saw and killed three that night. The water pitcher in the fridge had mold all through the bottom of it, and lastly the large windows in the living room had malfunctioning blinds which wouldn’t be a problem except people on the street can easily see directly into the apartment. The biggest issue my friend group had however was the difficulty in getting in the actual site. First off valet on a Friday was completely full by 9. So we did not even get to use the “free parking” granted street parking was free, however there was a ton of homeless people around and I was little concern’d for my car. But getting into the actual building was genuinely incredibly complicated. Of the entrances we used, two of them stopped working at 2am, even through we had previously used them earlier in the day. Than at 4am when we left the building and returned, it became impossible to get into the building at all. After trying all four of the entrances and our code not working a security guard suddenly appeared and let us in.
