The room was well above are expectations and was perfect for our family. The amenities were as expected from an embassy suites but still many great perks. Overall me and my family loved our stay. The following although not a deal breaker just an FYI for anyone staying.
The biggest complaint was the paid parking was not expected and was not made clear, as well as very expensive almost 30 a day. When we arrived it was dark and everyone was tired so we did not notice the pay parking signs(they looked like they were just reminding people that this was embassy guest parking only) and when we checked in there was no reminder. A simple question and reminder would have been helpful. When we brought it up the front desk basically said yea that is frustrating but nothing they could do, really indifferent in their response. Since the parking enforcement is outsourced to a third party there really is nothing the staff can do about it, but having a card/poster, text/email or just the front desk clerk reminding at check “did you remember to set up your parking” would have been much better than the following day being asked to pay through a QR code on window.
