The front desk staff, specifically Mitch and Kareem, were excellent and super helpful. The room was adequate, clean and all of the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. The pool restrooms were very dirty and out of paper products. Additionally, the mornings desk staff and driver were late arriving. We booked the shuttle to thee airport for 7 a.m. and at 7:15 the night shift person ordered us a Lyft so we could make our 8:55 flight. Mitch and Kareem saved the day but not sure what would have happened without them.
