The food options in the lobby do not offer utensils. How are you supposed to eat Mac & cheese without a fork? Also the TV remote and guide are not user friendly. The guide only shows the channels but not what is on them.

People fighting in the middle of the night, you could hear them shouting/yelling, just around the area was too noisy. But other than that, the hotel was clean, staff is friendly and b-fast was very good.

Upon arrival I felt the front desk clerk was rude and extremely disrespectful. Check-in time was at 3:00 p.m. We arrived at 4:18pm. Front desk employee told me I could not check in because housekeeping was not done cleaning the room and he would check on them in 15-20 mins. After waiting and the clerk not checking, my husband asked the clerk again about our room and explained our situation. The employee jumped up out of his chair to disrespect my husband to tell him that there is nothing he can do about it and then told me husband he had to give him his driver's license. This was very strange since I booked the room. After getting the driver's license and more rude unprofessional comments. We were given a room. The employee never checked with housekeeping and only kept us waiting. Before even giving us our room keys the employee got on his phone and started gossiping on the other end. Once we got to the room. The room was dirty. There were Skittles scattered on the floor. Mexico gum wrappers in sink drain. Dirty towel on bathroom counter and fridge was not plugged in. We purposely booked this particular hotel for the indoor pool and the pool was closed. Hotel breakfast employees were amazing and had great customer service and were super friendly and helpful to all guests.

I paid extra for a room with snacks and drinks for my 3 kids and I. When arrived. No drinks no nothing. I go back to the front office ask the lady for the drinks and snacks and she said. I can give you this (2 bottles of water) I said I can't take whit my now im leaving for my sons concert When we back. Still.no drins or sna ks in the room. Again I ho back to the front office to ask for the dri ks and water and the gay gave my this.on the pic.terrible customer service not pay extra for nothing in this hotel.

The noise was the biggest issue. I appreciated the valet but being next to the parking garage, we were kept away by constant honking at all hours that echoed through the garage. The pictures also seemed very misleading. Our room seemed smaller than what was pictured in booking and the room view from the window was directly to the parking garage and outside units/steam vents. The breakfast was however very good.

The room was great, the staff was friendly for the most part. One thing that really bothered me, we come to this hotel everytime we travel down to Dallas. Not one time did the front desk let us know that the pool was closed. We honestly would have chosen a different hotel. I have an 8 year old that was really looking forward to swimming on our mini vacation. We came down in our swimsuits, only to find that it’s closed. I brought it up to the front desk worker, and he just said “yeah”… I said it would have been nice to know beforehand. So that might change my destination in Dallas next year.
