The room was in a dreadful state. It seemed they used some chemicals to clean the carpet, and as a result, we couldn't get a good night's sleep. There was no drinking water available either. The place was old and neglected, with no plans for repairs. If you have kids, you'd want to think twice before staying here.

This hotel is right in the middle of downtown. It’s perfect for just walking around and going to restaurants. Almost everything is walking distance. Fine dining, shopping, and bar hopping is within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was huge! Great location and a helpful staff. Very walkable to restaurants, the convention center, and convenience stores. They also have a 24hr self service snack bar which I enjoyed, being a solo female traveler with late night snack cravings. Would stay here again!

Our stay at this property in downtown was overall okay. The location is definitely a highlight. it’s very convenient and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and the whole AT&T District area, which made getting around super easy. However, the building itself could use some upkeep. Certain areas looked a bit worn down and somewhat dirty, which took away from the overall experience. With a little more attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this could be a great place to stay. That said, for the price and location, it was an acceptable stay.
