We complained about our lock not working. But didn’t do anything about it. So we felt very unsafe or leaving our belongings behind, because our door would not lock. One can easily budge into our room. But the 3 nights we stayed there. Nothing.

We had a good stay for 3N4D. Our room was standard double bed with refrigerator, microwave and satellite smart tv- visibly clean as well as the bathroom. Wish they have towel rack or more hook eventhough there's an underneath shelf from the sink. I loved witha built in body wash, shampoo & conditioner & also built in handwash soap & body lotion. The hotel is walkable to the lake or nearby store & resto even gasoline station. Closed to hway exit.

As expected...

Our stay was just for a shower, a cool room, and sleep after our 50th-year high school reunion. All was good, yet the breakfast staff was overwhelmed about 9 am. Difficult time keeping up with enough food for about 30 minutes. Biscuits were as good as any fast-food restaurant. The room was in perfect order, cold A/C, and quite even on the freeway side.

Property was dirty, like fixtures gone with open electric wires hanging. I stayed there five years ago. It was a very nice property. I will never stay there again.

Got to hotel at 10:30pm to check in, no one was at the desk, sign said they had stepped away (totally understandable as it was late). 45 minutes go by and finally a guy comes up (apparently coming in for his shift and was 10 min late he said.) by this time there are numerous gathered to check in and some with babies and small kids! First Gentleman said sir I feel like everyone needs an apology for the excessive wait. There are families with young children and we have all waited a very long time. (Mind you this man was not being rude or even raising his voice!) the employee looked at this man and said I don’t have to apologize to anyone and if your going to take that tone with me then I refuse to check you in and you can leave the premises! The man had already been checked in and was having to get a new room because his room had never been cleaned after the previous guest left! After he told the employee this he was told he would have to wait until everyone else had been checked in!!! I told the employee to get that man taken care of first before I was checked in. So go to my room and there is a hole in the bathroom wall and the next am there are ants in my drink that I had on the table!! The regular upkeep on this hotel has definitely been neglected! I will not stay at this hotel again simply because of how that man handled the situation! Having to wait close to an hour to check in is beyond ridiculous!

The property and surrounding area are great. The only problem is the room smells like an old cellar. Not sure if the smell was from the air conditioner or the carpet but it was overwhelming in two different rooms.
