Just a note for repairs, the sconces on each side of the bed didn’t work and the toilet seat was loose, Otherwise great place
We have notbyet had breakfast so can't rate at this time. Very nice clean hotel in not so great area but has ample lighting. All in all, a good feal for the price.
Room was clean and comfortable; very nice shower. Breakfast was great; hot and cold options available; large seating area. It was fairly quiet despite it being just off the interstate. I thought the parking fee was a bit high, though the parking lot was fenced in and well-lit. I was annoyed by the pool hours (9am-9pm) as I specifically looked for a hotel with an indoor pool and this window is shorter than most hotels. It looked like a nice pool, though. Overall a great stay and would stay here again if traveling through Dallas.
Front desk clerk would not apply my Hilton Honors because it was booked through a third party, would not provide a receipt, and would not assist in finding a solution to the ice machine. I'm not sure of her name because she was not wearing a nametag. Perhaps she would be unable to ultimately rectify some of these, but mostly her approach was overall negative, rather than solution-oriented as a matter of customer service. She was unaccommodating.
