Thursday January 8th I was placed in a room that was being worked on, when I walked in the room had paint buckets on the bed the bed was trashed the bathroom was not cleaned. Was put in another room bathroom was nasty sink was clogged up the black mud stains. The refrigerator did not work and room had roaches. Friday January 9th I was out in a room with no tv nor the water did not get hot I didn’t receive a discount due to the tv not in the room.

Did not stay here because it was dirty there were cats and dogs running around. There was a guy smoking weed out of the balcony. There was a piece of plywood, covering one of the doors and I couldn't stay at this place.

The hotel is dirty. We were put in a room not completed. Beds were still not constructed. Moved to another room. Could not get in. Sounded like people were inside. Door looked like it had been kicked in. Went down to get a refund. Said I had to go through the app. I paid at motel. They have ignored my messages and are very unprofessional. I would suggest not working with them in the future. The place should be condemned.

Roaches in the crapper, cigarette burn in the curtains, door handle was missing in the bathroom, sheets has black stains, door has definitely been kicked in. The list is extensive.

This place is horrible. It is nasty, the elevator doesn’t work, noisy, children running around screaming everywhere. I am afraid of bed bugs here.

The room and bedding were dirty. The bathroom was very nasty. My room was covered in roaches. We went to office and they gave us a can of roach spray and said sorry!!!! That’s it!!!! Very unprofessional. They said they only change bedding every seven days. I will not stay there again and I will not recommend it to anyone else I know.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed – Upgrade Denied After Payment (Stayed August 4–5) I had a very frustrating experience at this property during my stay on August 4–5. I reported maintenance issues, including a leaking sink and toilet, but nothing was resolved. I even paid for a room upgrade, but staff refused to move me—even after confirming my payment. The service was unprofessional and unhelpful. I expected better from a property listed on Expedia. I will not return.
